Ingredients:
- Cognac - 45ml / 1.5oz
- Cointreau - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lemon juice - 15ml / 0.5z

Garnish:
Lemon peel

Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice shake well
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with lemon peel (sugar rim optional).
COGNAC GOES TROPICAL
Ingredients:
- Cognac - 60ml / 2oz
- Orgeat syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lemon juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Pineapple juice - 30ml
Glass:
Old fashioned
Garnish:
Mint Sprig And lemon slice
Method:
Shaken
Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice shake well
Strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon slice.

- Cognac - 60ml / 2oz
- Peach syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lemon juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Orange juice - 30ml / 1oz
- Ginger ale - 60ml / 2oz

Orange peel

Steps:
Add all the ingredients (except ginger ale) in a collins glass, add ice mix well
Top up with ginger ale and stir nicely
Garnish with orange peel.
