4 Spring Cocktails To Welcome The New Season!

March is that time of the year where trees are lush and flowers start blooming again after very cold winter days. These four cocktails are inspired by mother nature's happiest season of the year, Spring! Start mixing yours today and welcome the warm weather!

Spring In My Step

Ingredients:

• Gin 60ml - 2oz
• Rhubarb Syrup 20ml - 2/3oz
• Lime juice 20ml - 2/3oz
• Tonic water 120ml - 4oz

Steps:

• Add gin, lime juice and rhubarb syrup in a wine glass and mix it well
• Add ice and top it up with tonic water and give it a stir
• Garnish with a sprig. of rosemary. 

Basking Blossoms

Ingredients:

• Bourbon Whiskey 45ml - 1 1/2oz
• Aperol 15ml - 1/2oz
• Peach Syrup 20ml - 2/3oz
• Lime juice 20ml - 2/3oz
• Soda water 90ml - 3oz

Steps:

• All the ingredients in a collins glass (except soda water) and mix well
• Add ice and top up with soda water and give a stir
• Garnish with orange slice

Spring Breeze

Ingredients: 

• Vodka
• Coconut liqueur
• Blue curacao
• Lime juice
• Soda water

• All the ingredients in a wine glass (except soda water) and mix well
• Add ice and top up with soda water and give a stir
• Garnish with lime wheel

Kiss in Bliss

Ingredients:

• Tequila 45ml 1 1/2oz
• Campari 15ml 1/2oz
• Strawberry Syrup 30ml 1oz
• Lime juice 20ml 2/3oz

Steps:

• Add all ingredients into a mixing glass then add ice and mix well
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with strawberry slice on a leaf of basil
