The day is observed annually on July 27th, the birthday of Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns. Boozy -dry -sweet
Ingredients:
- Scotch whisky - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
- Sweet Vermouth - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
- Heering Cherry liqueur - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
- Fresh Orange juice - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
Glass:
Coupe
Garnish:
Orange peel
Method:
Shaken
Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice shake well
Strain in a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with orange peel.
LONELY NIGHT

Ingredients:
- Scotch Whisky - 60ml / 2oz
- Angostura bitter - 1 dash
- Orange - 1 wedge
- Soda water - 120ml / 4oz

Orange wedge

Steps:
Add scotch whisky, angostura bitter in an ice filled collins glass then squeeze orange wedge in the glass
Top up with soda water and give it a stir

Ingredients:
- Scotch Whisky - 45ml / 1.5oz
- Orange liqueur - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Angostura bitter - 1 dash
- Lime Juice - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
- Pineapple juice - 45ml / 1.5oz
Glass:
Old fashioned
Garnish:
Pineapple slice

Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice mix well
Strain in an old fashioned glass over crushed ice
Garnish with pineapple slice.

- Scotch Whisky - 60ml / 2oz
- Cherry syrup - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
- Peychaud’s bitter - 2 dash
- Lime Juice - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Mint leaves - 8nos

Old fashioned
Garnish:

Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a old fashioned glass, mix well
Add crushed ice and churn with bar spoon then add more crushed ice
Garnish with mint sprig and cherry.
