BRIGHT LIGHT

Ingredients:

• Gin - 45ml / 1.5 Oz
• Orange Liqueur - 15ml / 0.5 oz
• Orange Juice - 45ml / 1.5 oz
• Tonic water - 120ml / 4 oz.

Glass:

White wine

Garnish:

Orange Wheel

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass (except tonic water), add ice and mix well

Strain into an ice filled white wine glass, And top it up with tonic water

Garnish with orange wheel.

L'AMOUR 

Ingredients:

• Tequila - 60ml / 2 oz.
• Blood orange juice - 45ml / 1.5 oz
• Soda water - 150ml / 5 oz.

Glass:

Collins

Garnish:

Blood orange half moon

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass (except soda water), add ice and mix well

Strain into an ice filled white wine glass, And top it up with soda water

Garnish with blood orange half moon

MOTHER’S DAY DAIQUIRI

Ingredients:

• White Rum - 60ml / 2 oz,
• Blackberry Syrup - 15 ml  / ½ oz.
• Lemon juice - 15ml / ½ oz.

Glass:

Coupe or cocktail glass

Garnish:

Lemon peel twist

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and mix well

Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with lemon peel twist.

PEACH ME UP!

Ingredients:

• Peach Liqueur - 30 ml / 1 oz.
• Sparkling wine - 150ml / 5 oz.
• Grapefruit juice - 60ml / 2 oz.

Glass:

Champagne flute

Garnish:

Orange wedge

Steps:

Add peach liqueur and grapefruit juice in a chilled champagne flute glass, and mix well

Top it up with sparkling wine, give a stir
