  • Aged Rum - 60ml / 2oz
  • Peychaud’s bitter - 2 dash
  • Cherry syrup - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Pink Grapefruit juice - 30ml / 1oz
  • Lemon Juice - 15ml / 0.5oz
  • Basil leaves - 4nos

Fresh Cherry and Basil Sprig

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a old fashioned glass, mix well

Add crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon then add more crushed ice  Garnish with basil sprig and fresh cherry.

Muddle Strawberry, lime, and sugar in an old-fashioned glass, mix well
