Christmas Eve is around the corner… If you believe in Santa and want to stay up for Christmas presents then here’s a list of cocktails to keep you up and become everyones' favorite in the family!

The Christmas Eve Cocktail List



Holly Hymn


Ingredients:

  1. Cranberry Vodka 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Falernum Liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Orange liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
  4. Lime juice 15ml 1/2 oz
  5. Cranberry juice 30ml 1 oz

Glass: Coupe & cocktail
Garnish: Orange peel
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients In a mixing glass add ice, gently stir
  2. Strain in the chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with Orange peel twist



Christmas Wish


Ingredients:

  1. Cognac 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Orange liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Sherry 15ml 1/2 oz
  4. Walnut liqueur 10ml 1/4 oz
  5. Peychauds bitter 2dash 2 dashes

Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Walnut and orange peels twist(discarded)
Steps:

  1. Take a mixing glass, add all other ingredients, add ice stir nicely
  2. Strain into ice filled old-fashioned glass
  3. Garnish with Orange peel twist(discarded) and walnut



Scrooge's Carol


Ingredients:

  1. White Rum 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Coffee Liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Chocolate bitter 2dash 2 dash
  4. Gingerbread syrup 10ml 1/4 oz

Glass: Coupe or cocktail glass
Garnish: Mince pie on the side
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice mix it nicely
  2. Strain into a coupe glass
  3. Serve with Mince pie



Polar Express


Ingredients:

  1. Scotch whisky 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Dark rum 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Ale beer 60ml 2 oz
  4. Orange juice 30ml 1 oz
  5. Pear juice 30ml 1 oz
  6. Cinnamon Syrup 15ml 1/2 oz
  7. Lime juice 15ml 1/2 oz

Glass: Wine glass
Garnish: Orange half moon slice and cinnamon stick
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients(except ale beer) in a wine glass, add ice and mix it nicely
  2. Add ale beer and give it to a stir
  3. Garnish with Orange half moon slice and cinnamon stick

 

The Christmas Day Cocktail List 

 

Feliz Navidad


Ingredients:

  1. Vodka 30ml 1 oz
  2. Raspberry liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Pomegranate juice 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  4. Champagne 120ml 4 oz

Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Raspberry
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients In a mixing glass(execpt champagne) add ice, gently stir
  2. Strain in the chilled champagne flute glass and pour chilled champagne over it
  3. Garnish with fresh raspberry.



A kiss Under The Mistletoe


Ingredients:

  1. Rum 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Aperol 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Peychauds bitters 2dash 2 dash
  4. Pineapple juice 30ml 1 oz
  5. Lime juice 15ml 1/2 oz
  6. Agave nectar 10ml 1/4 oz
  7. Tobasco sauce 3dash

Glass: Old fashioned
Garnish: Pineapple slice
Steps:

  1. Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice mix well
  2. Strain into ice filled old fashioned glass
  3. Garnish with pineapple slice



Ringing Bells


Ingredients:

  1. Gin 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Dark rum 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Angostura bitter 1dash 1 dash
  4. Orange juice 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  5. Lime juice 15ml 1/2 oz
  6. Almond orgeat 15ml 1/2 oz

Glass: Highball or Collins
Garnish: Orange wedge and Edible flower
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass add ice, mix well
  2. Strain into ice filled collins glass
  3. Garnish with Orange wedge and Edible flower



Drunken Santa


Ingredients:

  1. Scotch whisky 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Apple pucker 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Apple cider 120ml 4 oz
  4. Lime juice 15ml 1/2 oz
  5. Cinnamon syrup 60ml 2 oz
  6. Angostura bitter 1dash 1 dash


Glass: Wine glass
Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients(except apple cider) in a mixing glass, add ice and mix it nicely
  2. Strain into ice filled wine glass, pour apple cider over it and give it to a stir
  3. Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick
