Here’s what we’re pouring from our latest tequila partner:

Frambuesca

1 oz Hiatus Tequila Blanco

.5 oz Orange Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz Agave Syrup

3 Raspberries

1 oz Prosecco

Muddle Raspberries in shaker tin

Add remaining ingredients except Prosecco

Add ice and shake vigorously

Double strain into flute

Top with Prosecco

Garnish: lemon twist and/or raspberries

La Joya

2 oz Hiatus Tequila Reposado

.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

.75 oz Green Chartruese

Garnish: Orange Twist

Lacuna Beach

2 oz Hiatus Tequila Anejo

1 oz Coco Lopez

1 oz Pineapple Juice

1 oz Orange Juice

.5 oz Rhum Clement Creole Shrub

2 Dashes Peach Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a tiki glass

Garnish: Pineapple wedge and mint sprig

Jalisco Sunset

1.5 oz Hiatus Tequila Blanco

.5 oz Aperol

.5 oz Agave Syrup

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 Mellon Balls

1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary

In shaker tin, muddle cantaloupe, rosemary, and agave

Shake with ice and strain into coupe glass

Garnish: Rosemary sprig and/or balled cantaloupe skewer

Brotherhood

1.5 oz Hiatus Tequila Anejo

.25 oz Campari

.25 oz Sherry

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Pour over craft ice

Garnish: Flamed Orange Twist
