Ingredients:
- Vodka - 60ml / 2oz
- Basil Syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Cucumber juice - 30ml / 1oz
- Soda water - 60ml / 2oz

PRIDE COLLINS
Ingredients:
- Vodka - 45ml / 1.5oz
- Blue Curacao - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Orange juice - 30ml / 1oz
- Soda Water - 120ml / 4oz

Garnish:
Orange slice
Method:
Build
Steps:
Add all the ingredients (except soda water) in a collins glass, add ice mix well
Top up with soda water and stir nicely
Garnish with orange slice.
PRIDE SPIRIT
Ingredients:
- Gin - 45ml / 1.5oz
- Aperol - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Pineapple juice - 60ml / 2 oz

Pineapple wedge
Method:
Shaken
Steps:
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice shake well
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with pineapple wedge
OVER THE RAINBOW
Ingredients:
- White Rum - 60ml / 2oz
- Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
- Raspberry syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
- Grapefruit juice - 30ml / 1oz

Add all the ingredients (except soda water) in a collins glass, add ice mix well
