Ocho
Ingredients:
- Bacardi Ocho Rum 45 ml 1.5
- Chocolate Liqueur 15 ml 0.5
- Chocolate bitters 2 dash 2 dash
Glass: Rock glass
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into the glass
- mix well
- add a block of ice & stir
- Garnish
- Enjoy
Sufganiyot
Ingredients:
- Bourbon Whiskey 45 ml 1.5
- Blood orange juice 30 ml 1
- Blackberry liqueur 15 ml 0.5
- lemon juice 15 ml 0.5
- mint 8-10
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into the mixing glass
- Add ice, mix it nice
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish
- Enjoy.
Latke Flip
Ingredients:
- Gin 45 ml 1.5
- Yellow chartreuse 15 ml 0.25
- Angostura bitters 1 dash 1 dash
- Brine of the pickled onion 5 ml 1 bar spoon
Steps:
- Use the mixing glass, add ingredients and mix well
- add ice and give it a stir
- Pour into a chilled glass
- Garnish with cocktail onion on garnish stick
- Enjoy.
Tzedakah
Ingredients:
- Tequila 45 ml 1.5
- Orange liqueur 15 ml 0.5
- Cherry Bitters 2 dash 2 dash
- Orgeat 15 ml 0.5
- Pineapple juice 30 ml 1
- Lime juice 20 ml 0.75
Steps:
- Use the mixer glass, add all ingredients
- Add ice and mix
- Strain into a tiki glass & add cracked ice
- Garnish
- Enjoy.
