It's Mezcal National Day and at Barsys we know how to celebrate it!

Si, Por Favor


Ingredients:

1. Mezcal 1 1/2 oz.
2. Peach Liqueur 1/2 oz.
3. Angostura bitter 2 dash
4. Ice 5-6 cubes
5. Lime Juice 3/4 oz.
6. Ginger beer 3 Oz.

Glass :Tall glass
Difficulty:  Level Easy
Steps: 

1. Take a Tall Glass.
2. Add all ingredients. Stir and taste
3. Add lots of cracked ice. Mix.
4. Top up with Ginger beer. Stir again
5. Garnish with Peach and ginger. Enjoy

 

 


Espiado


Ingredients:

1. Mezcal 2 oz.
2. Rosemary leaves 1 no.
3. Lime juice 1/2 oz.
4. Sugar syrup 1/2 oz.
5. Grapefruit juice 2 oz.
6. Sparkling wine to top up
7. Ice Cracked ice


Glass: Wine glass
Difficulty: Level Easy
Steps:

1. Take a Wine Glass.
2. Add all ingredients. Stir and taste
3. Add lots of cracked ice. Mix.
4. Top up with Sparkling wine. Stir again
5. Garnish with Grapefruit slice & Rosemary. Enjoy.

 

 

White Dragon


Ingredients: 

1. Mezcal 2 oz.
2. Lime Juice 3/4 oz.
3. Sugar Syrup 1/2 oz.
4. Cucumber slice 2 no.
5. Salt Pinch
6. Jalapeno slice 2 slice
7. Ice 7-8 cubes


Glass: Coupe
Difficulty: Level Medium
Steps:

1. Take a shaker.
2. Add other ingredient, stir with spoon.
3. Add Ice, shake it nice. strain in coupe glass
4. Garnish with cucumber slice.
5. Enjoy.

 

 

 

 

The Mezcal Sunset



Ingredients:

1. Mezcal 1 1/2 oz.
2. Pumpkin puree 1/2 oz.
3. Thyme 1 sprig
4. Agave 1/2 oz.
5. Lime juice 1/2 oz.
6. Tonic To top To top
7. Ice 6-8 no.



Glass: Collins Glass
Difficulty:  Level Easy
Steps: 

1. Take a Tall Glass with ice.
2. Add all other ingredients. Stir
3. Top up with Tonic water. Stir, garnish and enjoy.
