Grand Marnier is a French brand of liqueurs, the most popular being the Cordon Rouge - cognac based flavoured with orange.

Sweet - spicy - aromatic

Ingredients:

  • Gin - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Benedictine - 7.5ml / 0.25oz
  • Grand Marnier - 7.5ml / 0.25oz
  • Heering Cherry Liqueur - 7.5ml / 0.25oz 
  • Angostura bitter - 1 dash
  • Pineapple juice - 30ml / 1oz 
  • Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5oz

Glass:

Collins

Garnish:

Cherry and Orange slice

Method:

Shaken

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice shake well

Strain in an ice filled collins glass

Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Ingredients:

  • Grand Marnier - 45ml / 1.5oz
  • Gin - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Egg white - 1nos
  • Orange juice - 30ml / 1oz
  • Lemon juice - 22.5ml / 0.75oz

Glass:

Garnish:

Orange peel/dehydrated orange

Method:

Shaken

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake without ice, then add ice shake well

Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with orange peel.

  • Soda water - 90ml / 3oz

Fresh Raspberries

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except soda water) in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Top up with soda water

Garnish with fresh raspberries.
