Penicillin By Sam Ross
Ingredients:
- Scotch whisky 60ml 2oz
- Islay single malt 10ml 1/4oz
- Ginger Syrup 10ml 1/4oz
- Honey Syrup 15ml 1/2oz
- Lemon Juice 25ml 3/4oz
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (except islay single malt)
- Add ice and shake until well chilled
- Strain into ice filled old fashion glass and float islay single malt on top
- Garnish with ginger candy

Gold Rush By Sasha Petraske
Ingredients:
- Bourbon whiskey 60ml 2oz
- Lemon juice 25ml 3/4oz
- Honey syrup 25ml 3/4oz
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake well until chilled
- Strain into an ice filled old fashion glass
- Garnish with lemon peel

Mai Tai BY Trader Vic
Ingredients:
- Aged rum 60ml 2oz
- Orange liqueur 15ml 1/2oz
- Lime juice 25ml 3/4oz
- Orgeat syrup 15ml 1/2oz
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake well until chilled
- Strain into an ice filled old fashion glass
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime wedge

Hanky Panky By Ada Coleman
Ingredients:
- Dry gin 45ml 1 1/2oz
- Sweet vermouth 45ml 1 1/2oz
- Fernet branca 2dash
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir it until chilled well
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with orange peel twist

Ingredients:
- Vodka 11/2oz
- Coffee liqueur 1/2oz
- Espresso coffee 1oz
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Strain into chilled coupe or cocktail glass
- Garnish with Coffee beans

Gin Basil Smash (Jorg Meyer)
Ingredients:
- Gin 60ml 2oz
- Lemon juice 25ml 3/4oz
- Sugar syrup 15ml 1/2oz
- Basil leaves 10nos
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Fine strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass
- Garnish with Basil sprig
