CLASSIC MARGARITA

Ingredients:

• Tequila - 45ml / 1.5 Oz
• Orange Liqueur - 15ml / 0.5 oz
• Lime Juice 20 ml / 0.75 oz.

Glass:

Rock / Margarita glass

Garnish:

Salt rim & Lime wedge

Method:

Shaken

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake nicely.

Strain into an ice filled rock glass or without ice in margarita glass with salt rim ,

Garnish with lime wedge.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA: LIIT

Ingredients:

• Vodka 15 ml / 0.5 oz
• Rum 15 ml / 0.5 oz
• Tequila 15 ml / 0.5 oz
• Gin - 15ml / 0.5 Oz
• Orange Liqueur - 15ml / 0.5 oz
• Lime Juice - 15 ml / 0.5 oz
• Cola - 90 ml / 3 oz.

Glass:

Tall Glass

Garnish:

Orange Wheel / Lime wedge

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a tall glass with ice.

Top it up with Cola. Stir Gently

Garnish with orange wheel / Lime wedge

OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:

• Bourbon Whiskey - 60ml / 2 Oz
• Sugar syrup 10 ml / 0.3 oz
• Angostura Bitters 4 dash
• Ice cubes 6-8 no.

Glass:

Old fashioned glass

Garnish:

Orange Peel

Method:

Build & stir

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in an old fashioned glass, add ice and stir well.

Garnish with citrus oils from orange peel and drop the peel in drink.

SEX ON THE BEACH

Ingredients:

• Vodka - 45ml / 1.5 Oz
• Peach Schnapps - 15ml / 0.5 oz
• Orange Juice - 45ml / 1.5 oz
• Cranberry juice 45 ml / 1.5 oz
• Ice

Glass:

Hurricane glass

Garnish:

Orange Wedge

Shaken

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake nicely.

Strain into an ice filled Tall / cocktail glass.

Garnish with Orange wedge.

MOSCOW MULE

Ingredients:

• Vodka 60 ml / 2 oz
• Lime Juice - 15 ml / 0.5 oz
• Ginger Beer / ginger ale - 90 ml / 3 oz
• Ice cubes 6-8 no.

Glass:

Copper Mule glass

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a Mule glass over ice.

Top it up with Ginger ale / ginger beer. Stir Gently

Garnish with Lime wedge

ELDERFLOWER LEMONADE

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 3 oz Club Soda
