BERRY OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:

• Bourbon Whiskey - 60ml / 2 Oz
• Raspberry syrup 10 ml / 0.3 oz
• Angostura Bitters 4 dash
• Ice cubes 6-8 no.

Glass:

Old fashioned glass

Garnish:

Raspberry

Method:

Build & stir

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in an old fashioned glass, add ice and stir well.

Garnish with Fresh berry

WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients:

• Bourbon Whiskey - 60 ml / 2 Oz
• Lime Juice 20 ml / ¾ oz.
• Sugar syrup 15 ml / ½ oz.
• Egg white 1 no. (optional)
• Ice

Glass:

Rock glass

Garnish:

Orange Peel & Aromatic Bitters

Method:

Double Shake

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice.

Add ice and shake nicely.

Strain into an ice filled Rock glass

Garnish with oil from an Orange peel and Bitters.

FLORAL JULEP

Ingredients:

• Bourbon whiskey 1.5 oz.
• Elderflower Liqueur 0.5 oz
• Mint Leaves 6-8 no.
• Crushed /cracked ice

Glass: Mint Julep Mug

Garnish: Edible flower and mint leaves

Method: Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a Mint Julep glass,Muddle Cherry. add ice and mix well

Garnish with Cherry & mint sprig and serve.

WHISKEY & GINGER ALE

Ingredients:

• Bourbon whiskey 2 oz.
• Aromatic bitters 3 dash
• Ginger ale 4 oz.
• Cube ice 6-8 no.

Glass: Tall glass

Garnish: Orange wedge

Method: Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a tall glass.

Add ice and stir well. Top up with Ginger ale.

Garnish with Orange wedge.

POMEGRANATE WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Whiskey
• 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
