Two guys walked into a bar, the third one ducked. This is one of the many horrible (or tremendous, depends on your opinion) dad jokes that you’ve heard him tell. At this point, you’re wondering “does it ever end?” and that’s why I feel the need to tell you, it isn’t just a phase, it’s a lifestyle. Some dads exclusively tell dad jokes, and don’t think just because you got a little older means they’ll stop. So of course, they should be drinking a French 75. It’s smooth at first glance, and adds a nice kick after you try it, just like those dad jokes.

1 oz Gin

3 oz Sparkling Wine

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

This is the dad who takes charge as soon as he knows there are some prime meats to be cooked. Burgers, steaks, you name it, he’s the one on the job and you can bet he’ll have a drink in his hand while doing it. That’s why we have the Whiskey Sour. If he’s making steaks he’s most likely a whiskey man, and why not add a little sweet mixers in there to keep him fine tuned on making those meats perfect!

2 oz Whiskey

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Simple Syrup

DIY Dad

Constantly working on projects around the house, fixing things, or adding a little upgrade, these dad can get some cool things done! On Father’s Day, they deserve to be the ones relaxing with a drink in hand. What better to sip on while admiring your own work than a Perfect Patrón Margarita? This classic will have him smiling even though he definitely wanted the lime juice to be freshly squeezed by HIM.

1.5 oz Tequila

1 oz Triple Sec

0.74 oz Lime Juice

0.25 oz Simple Syrup

He’s well versed in tea parties, hair braiding, and isn’t afraid to get his nails painted. This dad is always along for the ride (we bet he enjoys it sometimes), and has no problem wearing pink. For Father’s Day, we all know he might want to make his own drink. That's why we recommend the hot toddy. It looks like the tea he was drinking with Barbie and her princesses yesterday, but its not! This cocktail can keep him up to task with any royal events he needs to attend for the little ones, while also being able to get a little drink on as well.

0.5 oz Lime Juice
