This Is The Last Friday Of The Year!

Are you relieved or happy, fulfilled or excited? The last day of the year is often a day of contemplation on the year gone by; there’s happiness, and sometimes regret about things that could have been. Well we are here to say: Celebrate all of the positive things!

Everyday is an experience and a blessing, so let’s raise a toast to growing a year wiser and preparing for another year of happiness!

Auld Lang Syne

Ingredients:

  1. Scotch Whisky 45 ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Butterscotch syrup 20 ml 3/4 oz
  3. Cold brew coffee 60 ml 2 oz
  4. Whipped cream to top

Glass: Martini/ Coupe
Garnish: Whipped cream
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients In a mixing glass (except whipped cream) add ice, gently stir
  2. Strain in the chilled cocktail glass and pipe whipped cream over it

 


The Year That Was


Ingredients:

  1. Cranberry vodka 30 ml 1 oz
  2. Blackberry liqueur 15 ml 1/2 oz
  3. Blackberry puree 30ml 1 oz
  4. Champagne 120 ml 4 oz

Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Blackberry
Steps:

  1. Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass (except the champagne), add ice mix well
  2. Pour into the flute glass and then top it with the champagne
  3. Garnish with 2-3 blackberries

 


Fireworks


Ingredients:

  1. White Rum 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Orange juice 30 ml 1 oz
  3. Angostura orange bitters 2 dashes 2 dashes
  4. Ginger Beer to top

Glass: Highball glass
Garnish: Orange wedge
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass add ice, mix well
  2. Strain into an ice filled highball glass
  3. Garnish with Orange wedge

 



Light Up The Sky


Ingredients:

  1. Tequila 45ml 1 1/2 oz
  2. Campari 15ml 1/2 oz
  3. Orange liqueur 15 ml 1/2 oz
  4. Pineapple juice 30 ml 1 oz
  5. lime juice 20 ml 3/4 oz
  6. Angostura bitter 1dash


Glass: Highball/collins glass
Garnish: Pineapple slice
Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and mix it nicely
  2. Strain into ice filled collins glass
  3. Garnish with pineapple
