We’re Improving Our Customer Experience

At Barsys we are beyond grateful so many of you have shared our vision for innovative home bar technology. It’s more than we ever anticipated and in the waves of orders, we have to admit that we have failed you.  Our supply chain was not ready to efficiently deliver products and our customer service has been lacking. 


We want to be transparent that things are improving but may take a little more time. Behind the scenes, we have been taking steps to resolve the issues. We recently brought on a new COO, a customer service representative, and are beginning to onboard new supply chain management as well as additional customer support roles. It is our goal that in the coming weeks all questions on outstanding orders will be answered, product delivery will become more efficient, and that technical support staff will become more available. 


You may have noticed that the Barsys 2.0 machines are temporarily out of stock. They will remain unavailable until we can confidently make deliveries to you in a timely manner.
