We're saying goodbye to the hispanic heritage month with A LOT of spice and flavor. Cocktails are inspired in the rich hispanic culture, heritage and of course reggaeton. 

 

Start your fiesta with these Tequila and Pisco cocktails! 

• Tequila 1 1/2 oz.
• Coffee Liqueur 1/2 oz.
• Raspberry Puree 1 oz.
• Lime juice 1/2 oz.
• Tonic To top To top
• Ice 6-8 no.

 

Glass : Collins Glass
Garnish: Fresh Berry
Method: Built
Difficulty Level: Easy
Steps:

1. Take a Tall Glass with ice.
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Top up with Tonic water. Stir, garnish and enjoy.

 

 

Petardo 

• Pisco 1 1/2 oz.
• Ginger Liqueur 1/2 oz.
• Angostura bitter 2 dash
• Ice 5-6 cubes
• Lime Juice 3/4 oz.
• Egg white

Glass: Rock Glass
Garnish: Candied ginger & Orange peel
Method: double shake
Difficulty Level: Difficult
Steps:

1. Take a shaker add all ingredients. last being egg white
2. Dry shake followed up with normal shake.
3. Double strain over ice in Rock glass
4. Garnish with Orange peel and Candied Ginger
5. Enjoy.

 

Suave

• Tequila 2 oz.
• Basil leaves 3-4 no.
• Sugar syrup 1/2 oz.
• Grapefruit juice 2 oz.
• Ginger beer to top up
• Ice Cracked ice

Glass: Tall Glass
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
Method: Built
Difficulty: Level Medium
Steps:

1. Take a Tall Glass.
2. Add all ingredients. Stir and taste
3. Add lots of cracked ice. Mix.
4. Top up with Ginger beer. Stir again
5. Garnish with Grapefruit slice & Enjoy.

 

Cool As A Cucumber 

• Pisco 2 oz.
• Lime Juice 3/4 oz.
• Sugar Syrup 1/2 oz.
• Cucumber slice 2 no.
• Mint leaves 7-8 no.
• Ice 7-8 cubes

Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Cucumber slice
Method: Shaken and strained
Difficulty: Level Medium
Steps:

1. Take a shaker.
2. Add other ingredient, stir with spoon.
3. Add Ice, shake it nice. strain in coupe glass
4. Garnish with cucumber slice.
5. Enjoy.
