March is Women's History Month and we're here to celebrate it. This is a dedicated month to reflect on the often-overlooked achievements and contributions of women to the United States history. In the world of bartending, these women have had a great impact on the industry and today we want to share those with you!

Savoy Tango by Ada Coleman. 


Ingredients:

  • Calvados 40ml 1 1/3oz
  • Sloe Gin 40ml 1 1/3oz


Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake untill chilled well
  2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with dehydrated red apple wheel



Colletti Royal by Julie Reiner. 

 

Ingredients:

  • Reposado Tequila 45ml 1 1/2oz
  • Triple Sec 15ml 1/2oz
  • Elderflower Liqueur 15ml 1/2oz
  • Rose Champagne 30ml 1oz
  • Angostura Orange bitter 2dash
  • Blood Orange juice 15ml 1/2oz
  • Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz


Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker ( except rose champagne), add ice and shake well
  2. Strain into an ice filled white wine glass and top up with rose champagne
  3. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange slice




Old Cuban by Audrey Saunders

Ingredients:

  • Aged Rum 45ml 1 1/2oz
  • Brut Champagne 25ml 3/oz
  • Angostura bitter 2dash
  • Mint leaves 6nos
  • Lime juice 25ml 3/4oz
  • Sugar syrup 15ml 1/2oz


Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker ( except brut champagne), add ice and shake well
  2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and top up with brut champagne
  3. Garnish with mint leaf

Ingredients:

  • Campari 40ml 1 1/3oz
  • Blood orange juice 20ml 2/3 oz
  • Honey Syrup 10ml 1/3oz
  • Soda water 40ml 1 1/3oz

Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker ( except soda water), add ice and shake well
  2. Strain into an ice filled collins glass and top up with soda water
  3. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange wheel



The Last Laugh Abigail Gullo


Ingredients:

  • Dry Gin 25ml 3/4oz
  • Green Chartreuse 25ml 3/4oz
  • Maraschino Liqueur 25ml 3/4oz
  • Cava Sparkling wine 30ml 1oz
  • Lime juice 25ml 3/4oz

Steps:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker ( except cava sparkling wine), add ice and shake well
  2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute glass and top up with cava sparkling wine
  3. Garnish with lime zest twist
