The product is great! Customer service is lacking, very condescending and rude! They might have great products, but they’re not going to sell many with the attitude you get when you attempt to contact customer service with issues.

Coaster is great, app is fussy. I like having the recipes but the app just disconnects and you have to reset in order to get your drink. Not worth the money unless the app is seriously overhauled l.

Packaging is very nice, but very difficult to get open. I spent a good 5 minutes just trying to get the coaster out of the packaging. After that it was super user friendly getting set up and using it. Only problem I have run into it sometime on the first cocktail you make, after you hit craft it never says to place the glass on the coaster and it has a difficult time measuring the ingredients. I just cancel the drink, and hit make it again and have no problems. Absolutely love not having to worry about measuring and remembering what goes in what drink.

I love my system. So much fun. But there are a few things they should add to the app. 1. You should be able to skip a step if you don’t like the ingredient or don’t want as much of listed ingredient. 2. This is a MUST. They should have a dimmer option on the coaster. This thing is like the surface of the sun at night. Wish I could dim the brightness. I usually have to cover with a hat or something. Other than that it is so much fun and my friends and I have become pro mixologists

I bought this because of tiktok, go figure... it wasn't as easy to use as I thought. You have to manually put the alcohol and mixers you have in order to get a list of the drinks you can make. It's a real pain in the ass. And it doesn't allow you to just look up any drink you have to have the specific item to make it. Theeeeen you can only put 5 or 6 liquors in vs everything you have. It's very confusing

I purchased this for my husbands birthday. He’s always trying to find ways to make our drinks but we would have to constantly look up our ingredients to see what we could make. This thing made everything so much easier! It loads all your mixers and alcohol then gives you choices of drinks you can make. One problem we did run into was not all the liquors were found in the “inventory.” We tried to scan pink Whitney and it puts it in vodka (no flavoring). So it kind of messes up the mix but we learned to just keep it out of the inventory and add it if we preferred that vodka over the straight vodka. I Highly recommend this product.

Bought for a party, it was cool, still use it sometimes. Problem I ran into us if the service to their website it down you got nothing. The App has to talk to their server, if it does not, you have a coaster. Had a few people over before our party and the app would not connect. After a few hours and emails to support heard back that their server was down. Very poor app that if they have an issue you have no local ability to create a drink.

Played around with this coaster and found that it does more than i thought. You can go to your go to drinks, without needing to measure and you get the consistency regardless of who makes it. But what i likes most was the ability to build my list of spirits and then see what else can you make with what i have in stock. Also, for those who like to host when you go shopping the app will tell you what you're running low on. Also, good option when hosting people can make their own drinks and its fun that way. One leas thing for hosts to do. Bartender helper!

This coast literally makes it so easy to make any drink or cocktail. The library is pretty extensive and I'm sure they will continue to add to it frequently. So far there was only one time where the coaster malfunctioned and wouldnt read the liquid being poured. But other than that a wonderful addition to any bar.

Bough it for a gift but ended up keeping it for myself. It’s an amazing tool to play with while hosting specially for the cocktail recommendations and looks fun while using it.

I like this product. It has a ton of drink recipes. The product itself works good. The only thing I don't like that I was really looking forward to is the "ready to pour" part of the app.It is supposed to take what you have at home currently and see what you can make. I used to convenient bar code scanner and scanned in every bottle in my bar. Then I go to the ready to pour section and there's no recipes?Turns out when it scans a bottle it adds the type and brand. So if a recipe calls for "Bourbon Whiskey" it won't show up in ready to pour if I have "Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey." So then I have to go back and add all the generic types of alcohol so I know what recipes I can make.Not a deal breaker but makes the nice barcode scanner feature a little useless.

Very useful and easy to use! Didn’t think I would ever need a devise like this and it’s one of the most useful gifts if you like making cocktails. It makes mixing cocktails fun and I’m ordering the cup next since it mixes the drinks for you! Definitely a conversation starter. It’s a really cool device with an easy to use app.

My picky wife loves a good margarita. However, we are not skilled at making cocktails so we decided to try the Barsys Smart Coaster. It was worth it! The coaster was user friendly and more importantly I was able to create a drink my wife enjoyed. A fantastic buy.

Bought this for a couple who just got married. It was the perfect gift to add an element of fun as they start the next chapter together. The packaging was very secure and the contents were stored in a durable box. When the package arrived, we had heavy rainfall and I didn't collect it till 5 hours late but the contents remained intact. My friends have made great drinks from this!

Fun way to learn to make your favorite cocktails! The colors on the coasters are great signalling when you’ve poured too much or too little, great for someone who has no clue how to make drinks (like me) or if you want to learn new recipes. I thought I was pretty good at making drinks but after receiving my coaster I got to experience so many other cocktails and the right way they should taste! It was so easy to follow the lights and add the perfect amount of each ingredient. Only negative is I want to go out and buy so many more ingredients to try them all out.
