Cocktails For Every Personality Type...

The Bubbly Kind

Ingredients:
Gin 30 ml 1 oz
Aperol 15 ml 1/2 oz
Grapefruit juice 60 ml 2 oz
Sparkling wine 120 ml 4 oz
Basil 3-4

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients In a mixing glass(execpt the bubbly) add ice, gently stir
2. Strain in the chilled cocktail glass and pour the bubbly on top
3. Garnish

The Calm Patient One

Ingredients:
Vodka 60 ml 2 oz
Maple Syrup 15 ml 1/2 oz
Lime Juice 15 ml 1/2 oz
Thyme 1 sprig 1 sprig
Soda to top to top

Steps:

1. Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass (except soda), add ice mix well
2. Pour into a glass with ice. Top with soda
3. Garnish with Thyme

The Grump

Ingredients:
White rum 45 ml 1 1/2 oz
Passionate fruit liqueur 15 ml 1/2 oz
Coconut Water 30 ml 1/2 oz
Lime juice 10 ml 1/4 oz


Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass add ice, mix well
2. Strain into a chilled glass
3. Garnish

Strictly Business

Ingredients:

Cognac 60 ml 2 oz
Cinnamon syrup 15 ml 1/2 oz
Angostura bitters 2 dash 2 dash

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and mix it nicely
2. Strain into a glass with one block of ice
3. Garnish.
