BERRY ME THIS SUMMER

Ingredients:

• Tequila - 60ml / 2oz
• Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
• Orange juice - 15ml / 0.5oz
• Strawberry Syrup - 30ml / 1oz
• Soda Water - 120ml / 4oz

Glass:

Collins

Garnish:

Strawberry slice

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except soda water) in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Top up with soda water and stir nicely

Garnish with strawberry slice.

WATERLOO

Ingredients:

Vodka - 45ml / 1.5oz

Aperol -  15ml / 0.5oz

Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z

Watermelon juice - 45ml / 1.5oz

Orange juice - 45ml / 1.5oz

Garnish:

Watermelon slice

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Garnish with watermelon slice.

GIN BERRY FIZZ

Ingredients:

• Gin - 60ml / 2oz
• Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
• Blackberry syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
• Mint leaves - 8nos
• Tonic Water - 150ml / 5oz

Garnish:

Blackberries and mint sprig

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except tonic water) in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Top up with tonic water and stir nicely

Garnish with blackberries and mint sprig.

AMERICAN SUMMER SPRITZ

Ingredients:

• Bourbon Whiskey - 45ml / 1.5oz
• Campari - 15ml / 0.5oz
• Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
• Grenadine Syrup - 15ml / 0.5oz
• Ginger ale - 120ml / 4oz

Garnish:

Ginger slice

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except ginger ale) in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Top up with ginger ale and stir nicely
