Truly Yours

Ingredients:

• Vodka 30ml 1oz
• Sparkling wine 120ml 2oz
• Strawberry Syrup 15ml 1/2oz
• Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz

Steps:

• Add all ingredients into mixing glass (except sparkling wine), add ice and mix until well chilled
• Strain into chilled Champagne Flute glass and top it up with chilled sparkling wine
• Garnish with Strawberry slice

Love Story

Ingredients:

• Gin 60ml 2oz
• Strawberry syrup 25ml 3/4oz
• Lemon juice 25ml 3/4oz
• Grapefruit juice 30ml 1oz
• Tonic water 180ml 6oz

Steps:

• Add all the ingredients in a colllins glass (except tonic water), mix it well
• Add ice, top it up with tonic water and stir
• Garnish with strawberry and grapefruit slice

Love Me Tender

Ingredients:

• Vodka 60ml 2oz
• Strawberry syrup 25ml 3/4oz
• Mint 7-8nos
• Lime juice 25ml 3/4oz
• Soda 180ml 6oz

Steps:

• In a collins glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves with strawberry syrup and lime, add vodka and soda water, then half filledthe glass with crushed ice. Churn (stir) the drink with spoon
• Add more crushed ice to form an ice dome
• Garnish with fresh strawberry and mint sprig

Kissing Booth

Ingredients:

• White rum 60ml 2oz
• Strawberry crush 25ml 3/4oz
• Lime juice 25ml 3/4oz

Steps:

• Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and mix it until well chilled
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with lime wheel
