LIIT

Ingredients:

  • Vodka - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Gin - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • White Rum - 22.5ml / 0.75z
  • Blanco Tequila - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Orange liqueur - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Lime juice - 22.5ml /0.75oz
  • Cola - 60ml / 2oz

Glass:

Collins

Garnish:

Lime slice

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except cola ) in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Top up with cola and give a stir 

Garnish with lime slice.

ROYAL-TEA PUNCH

Ingredients:

  • Gin - 60ml / 2oz
  • Peach syrup - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
  • English breakfast tea concoction - 120ml / 4oz

Glass:

Collins

Garnish:

Peach slice

Method:

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a collins glass, add ice mix well

Garnish with a peach slice.

TEA WITH HONEYBEE

Ingredients:

  • Scotch whisky - 60ml / 2oz
  • Honey syrup - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Lemon juice - 22.5ml / 0.75z
  • Black tea concoction - 60ml / 2oz
  • Ginger ale - 60ml / 2oz

Glass:

Old fashioned

Garnish:

Lemon Slice

Build

Steps:

Add all the ingredients (except ginger ale ) in a old fashioned glass, add ice mix well

Top up with ginger ale and give a stir 

Garnish with lemon slice.

EARL GREY GLORY

Ingredients:

  • Dark Rum - 60ml / 2oz
  • Blackberry syrup - 22.5ml / 0.75oz
  • Lime juice - 15ml / 0.5z
  • Mint leaves - 10nos
  • Earl grey tea concoction - 120ml / 4oz

Glass:

Wine

Garnish:

Blackberry and Mint sprig

Steps:

Add all the ingredients in a Wine glass, add ice mix well

Garnish with a blackberry and mint sprig.
