Drink Name Happy Olaf

Ingredients:

1. Calvados 45ml 1 1/2 oz
2. Sweet vermouth 15ml 1/2 oz
3. Angostura bitter 2dash 2 dash
4. Ginger beer 120ml 4 oz
5. Lemon juice 15ml 1/2 oz
6. Honey syrup 15ml 1/2 oz

Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lemon slice
Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients In a mixing glass, (except ginger beer) add ice mix well.
2. Strain into ice filled collins glass and top up with ginger beer
3. Garnish with lemon slice

1. Cognac 45ml 1 1/2 oz
2. Apple pucker 15ml 1/2 oz
3. Honey syrup 15ml 1/2 oz
4. Apple juice 30ml 1 oz
5. Hot water 120ml 4 oz
6. Cinnamon stick 1nos 1
7. Clove 5-6nos 5 to 6

Glass: Brandy Snifter/balloon. 
Garnish: Lemon slice. 
Steps:

1. Take a Brandy balloon glass, add all other ingredients, mix well and add hot water
2. Garnish with lemon slice. 

Long Night Of Stars

Ingredients:

1. Dark Rum 45ml 1 1/2 oz
2. Hazelnut liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
3. Hot brewed coffee 120ml 4 oz
4. Whipped cream For topping

Glass: Irish coffee mug
Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Steps: 

1. Add all the ingredients in an irish mug, mix well and top up with whipped cream
2. Garnish with grated nutmeg

Ingredients:

1. Bourbon whiskey 30ml 1 oz
2. Campari 20ml 3/4 oz
3. Coffee liqueur 15ml 1/2 oz
4. Sweet vermouth 15ml 1/2 oz

Glass: Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish: Orange peel
Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir nicely
2. Strain into a ice filled old fashioned glass
3. Garnish with Orange peel
