Are You Ready For Mardi Gras?

Mardi Gras is the french name of Fat Tuesday. Mardi Gras is believed to have arrived in North America on March 3, 1699. Today, we're not quite celebrating the upcoming fast, but we're celebrating the upcoming party! Get those colorful clothes out, set up your table with the Barsys coaster, and start mixing those fabulous ingredients. Keep reading to find the full list of cocktails for today!

Masque

Ingredients:

• Vodka 45ml 1 1/2oz
• Blue Curacao 15ml 1/2oz
• Orange juice 30ml 1oz
• Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz
• Soda water 120ml 4oz

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass ( except Soda water), Add ice, mix well.
2. Strain into an ice filled wine glass and top up with soda water.
3. Garnish with Orange peel.

Purple Party

Ingredients:

• Bourbon whiskey 60ml 2oz
• Grenadine Syrup 15ml 1/2oz
• Blue Curacao 10ml 1/3oz
• Lime Juice 25ml 3/4oz

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice, mix well and strain into an ice filled old fashion glass.
3. Garnish with mint sprig. 

The Red Float

Ingredients:

• Gin 60ml 2oz
• Raspberry syrup 20ml 2/3oz
• Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz
• Tonic water 150ml 5oz

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass ( except tonic water), Add ice, mix well
2. Strain into an ice filled collins glass and top up with tonic water
3. Garnish with fresh raspberry

Green Machine

Ingredients:

• White Rum 60ml 2oz
• Sugar Syrup 15ml 1/2oz
• Lime juice 10ml 1/3oz
• Green apple juice 20ml 2/3oz
• Cucumber juice 20ml 2/3oz

Steps:

1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass
2. Add ice, mix well and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Garnish with green apple fan
