 Liquor Lab's Pom Tommy's

1.5 oz JAJA Blanco

.5 oz Pomegranate Cinnamon Agave Syrup

.75 oz Lime

Garnish: Lime

Shake JAJA Blanco with Lime Juice, Agave Syrup with ice to chill. Pour over coupe glass.

Liquor Lab's Cosmonaut

1.5 oz JAJA Blanco

.75 oz Lemon Juice

1 bar spoonful Raspberry Jam

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with an orange. 

Liquor Lab's JAJA Toddy

1.5 oz JAJA Anejo

.5 oz Orange Juice

.5 oz Ginger Honey

1 piece allspice

1 piece star anise

Combine orange juice, honey, allspice and star anise at the bottom of a warmed mug. Add hot water and JAJA Anejo.
