Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
- Pre-Order Reservation: Placing a pre-order constitutes a reservation for the specified product ("Product") and guarantees your pre-order spot in the queue.
- Delivery Term: The estimated delivery term for the Product is between 6 to 8 months from the date of pre-order placement. This timeframe is subject to change based on production and logistical considerations.
- Payment: Payment for the pre-ordered Product is due at the time of placing the reservation. Full payment is required to secure your pre-order spot. You will be charged the Product price at the time of the pre-order, and will be charged applicable taxes and shipping and handling fees at the time that the Product is shipped to you. You may not cancel and receive a refund on any such pre-order unless Barsys fails to ship the Product to you within 36 months of your placement of the pre-order. Barsys may utilize a payment processor to manage orders and payments. Your credit card statement may therefore reflect a third party name in relation to your order.
- Price Guarantee: The price of the Product at the time of pre-order placement is guaranteed, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

- Product Availability: a. Product availability is subject to production and manufacturing constraints. b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or production delays, the delivery term may be extended. Customers will be notified of any changes to the delivery timeframe.
- Communication: Customers will receive periodic updates regarding the status of their pre-order via email or other communication channels provided at the time of pre-order placement.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Barsys be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the pre-order or delivery of the Product.
