Our Favorite Pisco Sour Drinks To Celebrate Its National Day!
Pisco is the Peruvian version of Brandy. It's a clear amber spirit produced in the wine-making regions of Peru and Chile. The Pisco Sour cocktail became famous across bars all around the world and today we celebrate its national day!

Sugar Sour
Ingredients:
- Pisco 60ml 2oz
- Sugar syrup 15ml 1/2oz
- Lime juice 30ml 1oz
- Egg white 1nos
Steps:
- Add all the ingredient into a shaker and dry shake (without ice)
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled nick & nora or cocktail glass
- Garnish with 3 drops of angostura bitter

Lavender Flock
Ingredients:
- Pisco 60ml 2oz
- Lavender syrup 25ml 3/4oz
- Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz
- Soda 150ml 5oz
Steps:
- Add Pisco, lavender Syrup and lime juice in a collins glass and mix well
- Add ice and top it up with Soda and stir
- Garnish with Edible Flower

Passion Of The Pisco
Ingredients:
- Pisco 60ml 2oz
- Passionfruit syrup 25ml 3/4oz
- Lime juice 15ml 1/2oz
- Angostura bitter 2dash
Steps:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and mix it for 10 to 15 seconds
- Strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lime wheel

Marinera Norteña
Ingredients:
- Pisco 60ml 2oz
- Pineapple juice 30ml 1oz
- Grapefruit juice 30ml 1oz
- Lime juice 10ml 1/4oz
- Peychaud bitter 2dash
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and mix well
- Strain into a ice filled white wine glass
- Garnish with grapefruit wheel
