We have put together cocktails as a toast to the brave, remembering those who passed and those who are among us today.

The Patriot

Ingredients:

Whiskey 3/4 oz.
Cognac 3/4 oz.
Creme de cassis 1/2 oz.
Angostura bitter 2 dash
Chocolate bitter 1 dash
Ice 5-6 cubes

Glass: Rock Glass
Difficulty: Level Easy
Steps:

1. Take a Rock Glass.
2. Add other ingredient, stir with spoon.
3. Add Ice and stir 30 times
4. Garnish with Shaving of Chocolate/ orange peel
5. Enjoy.

Stars & Stripes

Ingredients:

Gin 1 1/2 oz.
Plum liqueur 1/2 oz.
Strawberry syrup 1 1/2 oz.
Lime juice 3/4 oz.
Ginger ale To top
Ice 6-8 cubes

Glass: Collins glass
Difficulty: Level Medium
Steps:

1. Take a Shaker Glass.
2. Add other ingredients and ice. Shake nicely
3. Double strain the cocktail in a collins glass
4. Top up with ginger ale
5. Garnish with the berries
6. Enjoy.

Anchor’s Aweigh

Ingredients:

Vodka 1 1/2 oz.
Curacao 1/2 oz.
Orange juice 1 Oz.
Lime juice 3/4 oz.
Ice 5-6 cubes
Tonic Water Top up

Glass: Wine Glass
Difficulty: Level Easy
Steps:

1. Take a Wine Glass.
2. Add other ingredient, stir with spoon.
3. Add Ice, Pour Tonic and give a gentle stir.
4. Garnish with orange wedge
5. Enjoy.

Infantry

Ingredients:

White Rum 1 1/2 oz.
Campari 1/2 oz.
Lime juice 1/2 oz.
Blood orange juice 1 Oz.
Basil leaves 3-4
Ice 6-8

Glass: Wine Glass
Difficulty: Level Medium
Steps:

1. Take a shaker glass
2. Add all other ingredients.
3. Add Ice and shake, Strain into a chilled wine glass
4. Garnish with a blood orange slice
5. Enjoy.
